A 25-year-old vegetable vendor was arrested for killing one other man after a struggle between them over extortion of cash in east Delhi’s Shakarpur space, police mentioned on Thursday.
The accused, recognized as Ravi, assaulted Vijay at Balmiki Mohalla on January 10, following which he collapsed, they mentioned.
