Good Luck Paul, & Thanks For The Memories

As many may have read in last week's issue of The Message, long time editor Paul Larochelle has left the paper to take a full time position in law enforcement, a profession he'd been in many years ago. Paul will be sorely missed here, as he has been such an integral part of The Message for the last two decades. Several e-mails and phone calls over the past week have let us know that many of our readers will miss Paul also.

Nutcracker returns to COH

This holiday tradition fills the opera house with many area families. Some area families create childhood memories at Nutcracker parties in their homes before or after the ballet. One family gets dressed in their best and enjoys Nutcracker Suite tea with cucumber sandwiches with the crusts cut off, of course, and each child receives an ornament for the tree and after the party pictures are taken in front of their tree. Bring your cameras and have your picture taken at Claremont Opera House after the show with Clara, The Sugar Plum Fairy, The Cavalier, and the Snow Queen and create your own holiday tradition.
